Jr. SEO Specialist (1 Opening for an Immediate Joiner)

The role of the junior SEO specialist involves devising and executing search engine optimization tactics to enhance the performance of our frameworks/products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team to elevate our online presence on search engines, generate organic traffic to our website, and enhance our conversion rates.

Responsibilities
Conducting keyword research to pinpoint valuable keywords and creating content strategies centered around them
Enhancing search engine rankings by optimizing on-page elements such as website content and metadata.
Monitoring and evaluating website traffic and search engine rankings to identify opportunities for optimization and developing plans accordingly
Performing regular SEO audits to confirm that the website is optimized for search engines and implementing necessary updates
Managing and optimizing SEO tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and make informed decisions
Working alongside the marketing team to create and execute content marketing campaigns
Staying current with the latest SEO developments and algorithm updates, and applying them to enhance website performance
Communicating SEO results and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-4 years of SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
A solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking elements
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others
Experience in content development and optimization
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.

You will help these companies inspire confidence with their customers, and close more deals through our security and compliance software.

Ultimately, you will help make security more accessible to fast-growing companies.
Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting.
Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills
Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market
Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting
Be the face of Autodit, and pitch the company and our products to the prospects
Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects
Understand client needs and provide them with solutions to meet those needs
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Attend trade shows and other events to represent the company

Requirements 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Exceptional communication and time management skills
International sales exposure
Prior work experience in SaaS companies is a plus
